Biking and carrying
I've started realizing the joy of biking after so many years, especially now with price of gas. I have created a carrying system on my bike that allows me to have fun while doing it. I look forward to having to go to the store or hardware store or carrying anything ; buying things and then putting it in the back of my bike. I feel so accomplished because I can carry up to seventy pounds and not be uncomfortable with it. My problem with most bikes that carry is that it makes my bike look ugly and cumbersome.My son had a baseball game the other day and the field that was being played on didn't have seating. So, what did I do? I went into my garage and loaded my favorite stretch lawn chair onto the back of my bike which weighs about forty pounds and off I went. Boy! was that fun, and people we're asking me about my new biketruck creation.If people new the feeling of not being oil dependant, they would have less stress.
